It’s designed to perfectly match Axis network door controllers and Axis credentials for secure and seamless touch-free entry. Including IP65,NEMA 4X, and IK07 ratings it’s ideal for use in harsh environments both indoors and outdoors. And, with a modern mullion-mount design, it fits perfectly in narrow spacesand door frame installations.

AXIS A4020-E Reader gives you the flexibility and possibility needed to quickly respond tofuturechanges, while also ensuring backward compatibility. Designed to meet specific system requirements, it supports most types of smartRFIDcard standards with 13.56MHz credential technologies including MIFARE Classic®, MIFARE Plus®, MIFARE DESFire® EV1, and EV2. It includes out-of-the-box support for Open Supervised Device Protocol (OSDP) for secure bidirectional communication. Plus, it enables easy and remote device management including new feature upgrades, device configuration, and security enhancement via Axis access control solutions.
