The PK-205 (PK205) Intercom Amplifier is designed for use with the TA-205C (and TA205C, TA-205B, TA205B, TA- 205, TA205) Handset Intercom Suite Stations and provides the amplification, control and power circuits needed to operate a complete apartment intercom system. Using solid- state technology and constructed with high-quality, components, this amplifier is designed for long-lasting reliable performance. Optional accessories are available to provide additional functions such as dual-entrance operation, post office door release, etc.

Voice is easily adjustable through the front volume control. Additional functions include post office door release and multi-entrance operation when used with optional PK-502B (PK502B) multi-entrance adaptor. A built-in electronic call tone signals the call from the main entrance.

ARCHITECTS' AND ENGINEERS' SPECIFICATIONS

The intercom amplifier shall be a LEE DAN ® / TekTone ® PK-205 or approved equal, and shall provide the control, amplification and power circuits to operate the entire apart- ment intercom system.

The amplifier shall have rugged aluminum construction, adjustable volume, and balanced input. Low voltage 22AWG twisted pair wiring shall be used and screw terminals shall be provided for ease of installation.

Amplifier shall be compitible with LEE DAN ® / TekTone ® PK-502B multi-entrance adaptors, when used in multi-entrance building.

Contractor shall observe all local and national electrical and building codes.
