LSDI IDZC516 Identify-Zit CAT5, 16 caps

The Identify-Zit is an invaluable tool designed for single-person use. A multifunction wire identifier, it can identify up to 32 different wire runs at the same time. To use, attach the correct Identify-Zit Cap to one end of each wire run and attach the decoder to the opposite end. The number on the cap will appear on the decoder display screen. Error codes will also be displayed if appropriate (“CC” for closed circuit if there is a shorted connection, “OC” for a failed connection/open circuit, “OO” for too much resistance on the line). The Identify-Zit effectively speeds up testing of multi-line high density panel or rack installations. It comes pre-packaged in a protective hard case and can be ordered in one of five different base applications (Wire, Coax, BNC, Telephone or CAT-5). The kit can be ordered with 8, 16, 24 or 32 caps for the base application. You can also order additional caps for other applications to increase the versatility of this tool. All kits come with the IDZ decoder.
